Tap a symbol to copy it. A yellow dot means it can look different in some apps (for example it may turn into an emoji). A red dot means at least one system we measured has no glyph for it and may show a box. No dot means it passed our Android and Windows checks.
Line, symbol, line
A line on each side of one small symbol.
Symbol, line, symbol
A line with a symbol at each end.
Dotted
Dots or dashes around a centre mark.

Sparkle frames
Sparkles on both sides of a line.

Short wave lines.

Two lines: paste your text between them. Copying gives both lines with a line break.
How they were composed
Every divider was composed by us from symbols in our own library, using nine patterns: a line either side of a centre mark, a centre mark with lines around it, dotted lines, a repeated symbol, waves, sparkle frames and a few more. None of them is longer than 34 characters, so one fits on a phone line. Dividers with a glyph missing on common systems were left out.
The length in characters is printed on each divider. Count it into your bio limit before you paste, or use the character counter to add it to the rest.
Frames and line breaks
A frame has two lines, a top and a bottom. Paste your text between the two lines. Copying a frame gives both lines with a line break between them. Some apps remove or collapse line breaks in short fields such as names, so frames suit bios and posts better than names.
Dividers carry the same risk dots as the rest of the symbols. A divider with a dot can look different, or show a box, on some system we measured.
Questions
How long are the dividers?
No divider is longer than 34 characters, and every one shows its exact length.
Do dividers work in a bio?
Yes, in bios and posts. A very wide divider can wrap on a small screen.
Why do frames have two lines?
A top and a bottom line wrap around your text.
Where did the dividers come from?
We composed them from our own symbol list. They are not copied from other collections.
