Use these in bios and display names. Usernames and @handles on Instagram, TikTok, Discord and X only take plain letters, numbers and a few symbols. Safe, mostly safe and may show boxes come from our font tests.

Choosing a mood
An aesthetic is a feeling, so this page groups every style by mood instead of by letter shape. Each style belongs to the first mood we gave it. Soft styles are rounded and gentle. Y2K styles are chunky, spaced or sparkly. Coquette leans on script and hearts. Minimal keeps things quiet and easy to read. Gothic uses old blackletter and sharp shapes.
If you are unsure, start with a minimal or soft style for your name and add a symbol only at the end. One decoration looks chosen. Five look noisy.
Decorated combos
The section called Decorated combos has 12 ready-made pieces: a font plus a matching border, such as a heart on each side or a moon and stars. They are the quickest way to get a finished look, because the font and the symbols were picked to go together.
Each piece carries the same box-risk label as the single styles. The ribbon combo uses the ribbon emoji, so it is marked as the riskiest one: that picture is drawn by the phone and changes from device to device. Combos with asterisks need the Discord-safe copy switch before you paste them in a chat. The compatibility data shows the font test behind each label.
Questions
What is an aesthetic font?
It is a nickname for any text style that gives a profile a mood, such as soft, dreamy or gothic. Technically it is a set of Unicode characters that look like a different typeface.
Which mood is easiest to read?
Minimal styles. They stay close to normal letters, so more people can read them quickly, and they are less likely to cause problems in search.
Why does one combo have a warning?
The ribbon combo contains the ribbon emoji. Emoji are drawn by each phone's own emoji font, so the look is not under our control.
Do I need the symbols to copy a combo?
No. Tap the row and the whole piece is copied, symbols included.
