1. Write your lines
Ideas are loaded only when you tap the button.
2. Pick a font
3. Decorate
Tap a symbol to add it to your text
4. Preview and copy
Four steps
First write your lines, one per row, with your name on the first line. If you have no ideas, tap Start from an idea and the maker loads one of our bios for the mood you choose. Second, pick a font from thirteen choices, and decide whether it covers every line or only the first. Third, add a frame around your name and a divider under it, and tap symbols to insert them at the cursor. Fourth, check the preview and copy.
The symbols on offer are the ones that passed our font check on Android and Windows, so they are the least likely to turn into boxes.
The counter and the preview
Choose Instagram, TikTok or Discord above the preview. The counter then shows how many characters you use of that field's limit: 150 for an Instagram bio, 80 for TikTok and 190 for Discord About Me. Underneath you will see the UTF-16 length and the X weighted length, because apps count in different ways, and not all of them say how. A note under the counter says whether that limit was confirmed on the official page.
The preview is a simple picture of a profile card. The first line becomes the name and the rest becomes the bio. It does not copy any app's exact layout, so use it to check shape and length, not spacing.
Your text is saved in your own browser only. For ideas without the maker, see Instagram bio ideas and Discord bio ideas.
Questions
Where do the bio ideas come from?
AI models wrote them, then code filters and a person reviewed them. See the editorial standards page for the steps.
Why does my bio look longer than it is?
Fancy letters count as two UTF-16 units each, and combining marks count as characters. The counter shows several counts.
Can I use the font on only my name?
Yes. Leave the first-line switch on and only the first line gets the font.
What does Discord-safe copy do?
It adds a backslash before characters Discord reads as formatting. Turn it on only if you paste into a chat message.
